Bubble tea, tea houses, Asian bakeries and dessert shops in this group are usually walk-in, counter-order businesses with a menu board overhead listing sweetness and ice levels you can adjust when ordering. Standard bubble tea customization includes sugar level (0-100%), ice level, and a choice of toppings like boba pearls, pudding or jelly, usually at a small extra charge. Asian bakeries sell items individually with tongs and a tray, cafeteria-style, rather than pre-boxed, and pastries are typically less sweet than Western bakery items. Lines build up quickly after school and in the evening, especially near colleges. Most of these businesses accept cards and mobile pay and skew younger in clientele and atmosphere.

New Rochelle is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and New Rochelle follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I RARELY EVER DROP REVIEWS BUT I had to drop a review because this deli has completely CHANGED. The place is spotless, I couldn't believe how clean it is. They've done an amazing remodel, adding a steam table, a great beer selection, and even a lotto machine. Plus, they’ve upgraded to brand-new fridges, which makes everything feel so fresh and high-end. The new owners are so incredibly nice and genuinely go the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of. It’s honestly the kind of place you want to support because they truly care about their customers. Can't recommend this place enough. I even ended up trying their smoothies and the sandwiches, I think I shed a tear from the amount of flavor and wonderful taste I was getting lol.

Beautifully remodeled deli with amazing food! I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese with avocado and hash browns and it was fresh, delicious, and made perfectly. As an Iona College student, this is an awesome spot for a quick, affordable, and tasty meal. Highly recommend!

This deli is AMAZING! The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care but what really stood out was the new owner. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely happy to chat and make sure everything was perfect. You can feel the positive energy the moment you walk in. It’s so refreshing to see a place run by someone who truly cares about the customers and the community. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to everyone I know!

Second time ordering after a long time because the first time the food wasn’t that great. Decided to give it another shot, missed a simple instruction that asked for no cheese. So guess I’ll just have the smoothie for dinner.

Went here for the 1st time and wow. Its very clean and they sell an array of items. They sell some grocery items such as soap, paper towels, bags, laundry stuff and the usual deli items as well as food and smoothies. Ahmed was great and makes a great smoothie. The food is good too, cant go wrong with a bacon and egg on a roll lol. They also make wraps and stuff also along with chicken and rice plates. They do sell tobacco and hookah items too. This is a new business that literally just opened days ago and the only negative is the parking but if you find a spot, give them a shot. Thanks for reading my review. 🇺🇸
